What we collect, and when
We only collect personal data that you give us yourself. There is no tracking, no advertising pixel and no profiling on this website.
Contact form
When you use the contact form we receive the name, email address, telephone number (optional) and message you type, along with the subject you select, the time of submission and the IP address the message was sent from. The IP address is recorded only to help identify and block automated spam.
Direct contact
If you email, call or message us on WhatsApp, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation, for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry.
Your cookie choice
When you answer the cookie banner, your choice is saved in your own browser’s local storage under the name vn-consent. It stays on your device, is never sent to us, and contains nothing that identifies you. You can change it at any time through .
No analytics, advertising or social-media tracking service is installed on this website at the time of writing. If one is added, it will not run before you consent to it, and our cookie policy will list it.
Property enquiries
If you contact us about a specific property, the reference of that property is included in your message so we know what you are asking about.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry — our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has contacted us, and, where you have ticked the consent box on the form, your consent.
- To provide the service you ask for — searching for property, valuing or marketing a property, and coordinating a transaction. Where this becomes a professional engagement, the basis is the performance of that agreement.
- To comply with legal obligations — including record-keeping obligations that apply to real-estate intermediation in Spain.
We do not send marketing emails or newsletters, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Who else sees it
Your data is not sold, rented or passed to third parties for their own marketing.
- Web hosting. The website and its email are hosted by Hostinger, which processes data on our instructions as a service provider.
- Professionals involved in your transaction. If you engage us and a transaction proceeds, we may need to share relevant details with the lawyers, notary, bank or other parties to that transaction — only what is necessary, and only with your knowledge.
- Property listings. Property information shown on this site is supplied through a real-estate listing platform. Browsing listings does not send your personal data to that platform.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a professional relationship are kept only as long as needed to deal with them and to keep a record of the contact, then deleted. Where we have acted for you, records are kept for the periods required by Spanish tax, accounting and anti-money-laundering rules.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or provide it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@vnproperties.es and we will respond within the period the law allows.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Enquiries are delivered to our own email and stored on the hosting account; access is limited to Valerie. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send bank details, identity documents or other sensitive data through the contact form — we will tell you a safe way to send them when they are needed.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
