My own path, by choice

After more than two years of experience with a major franchise organisation such as RE/MAX, I decided to take my own path and establish my own agency on the Costa del Sol. Working independently is what allows me to give the kind of advice I believe in.

Before entering the Spanish market I built up 25 years of professional experience in Belgium, within several multinational companies in customer service, sales and product management — the last 15 years in a notarial environment. That mix taught me a great deal about what clients actually need, and about how a transaction really works behind the scenes.

I also hold a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Law. It sharpened my ability to work accurately, read complex documentation and pay close attention to detail — qualities that are invaluable in property, where the legal and administrative side is where problems hide.

I am fluent in Dutch, French, English and Spanish, so I can speak with clients from different countries personally and clearly, in their own language.

Real estate is about more than bricks, square metres and figures. It is about the place where someone wants to turn their dream into reality.

What sets me apart

The way I work

Honesty, first

Honesty is at the heart of everything I do. I give genuine, realistic advice — even when that means telling you a property is not the right choice. You can trust that I am not looking at what can be sold, but at what is genuinely right for you.

I do not give up easily

Determination and perseverance are part of who I am. I enjoy a challenge, and when a client has a specific property in mind I keep searching until I find it. Sometimes the right one is not obvious and takes time, creativity and persistence. That is exactly the part I enjoy.

More than the person who shows you properties

I want to be the person who stands beside you, thinks along with you, and guides you from the very first search all the way through to the final purchase.

Whether it is a dream home, a second residence or an investment

I want to be more than the person who simply shows you properties. Start with a conversation — it costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
